1 General

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the add7a platform and all services provided under it. By accessing the website or creating an account, you give your full agreement to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2.3 Identity Verification

add7a reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Withdrawals from the account may be temporarily suspended until this process is complete. You may be required to submit a national identity card or other valid identity documents.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Always remember to log out after using any device.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the add7a support team immediately.
• It is advisable to change your account password regularly.

add7a is not liable for any loss arising from misuse or unauthorised use of your account, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by add7a's own negligence. All account activity is secured through SSL encryption technology.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on add7a:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service.
• Nagad — A digital financial service operated under the postal department.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. Deposit limits may be changed by add7a and may differ in special cases.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals will be on hold until the wagering on any active bonus is completed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

add7a offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳12,000 makes the maximum ৳10,000 bonus applicable, for a total of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).

• Wagering requirement: 20x (on the bonus amount).
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Bonus balance is not withdrawable until wagering is complete.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• No more than one bonus may be active at a time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, add7a reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Each bonus has a set expiry period, after which it will be cancelled automatically.
• The terms of bonus offers may be published separately and serve as a supplement to these general terms.

6 Betting & Game Rules

The fair play policy applies to all games and bets on the add7a platform. All game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• add7a reserves the right to void any abnormal outcome caused by a software error.
• During any technical issue in a game, ongoing bets will be safely preserved or resolved in a reasonable manner.
• Odds displayed in sports betting may change, and the odds at the time of bet confirmation will be considered final.
• In cases of incorrect odds or an obvious error, add7a reserves the right to void the relevant bet.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the add7a platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using multiple accounts to fulfil bonus terms ("bonus abuse").
• Hacking, manipulation, or use of any kind of fraudulent software.
• Running automated bets via artificial intelligence or bots.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Coordinated betting (collusion) with the intent to deceive other users.
• Any attempt to undermine the platform's security measures.

8 Account Suspension

8.1 Suspension by add7a

add7a reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Refusal to provide requested documents.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact the add7a support team. An opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.

9 Responsible Gaming
